When can I start?

Immediately if you are ready. Once you purchase the program, you immediately receive your Week 1 packet via email. This will include the objectives, goals, grocery list and optional workouts for home and gym. 7 days later you receive the following week's information packet. You only focus on 1 week at a time all the way through week 12. Focus is key.

Do I have to go to a gym?
​
Not unless you want to, but you will need to do some form of activity. Some of our Grinders have lost 30+ pounds on the program just from walking! This is a lifestyle program to create practices to build and sustain health for life. Part of that is movement, so while going to a gym may not be your thing, you will need to find some type of activity to regularly participate in to get the most from the 12 Week Grind. We are human, meaning we are designed to be vertical and moving. We don't care what you choose to do while on this program as long as it meets the minimum physical requirements for the most success and you enjoy it! (Pro Tip: If you do not enjoy it, you will not repeat it.)
Why is it 12 weeks long?

Here's the truth, if you want real change to your body, it takes time. If you want to build a true habit, it takes time. If you want to learn things about yourself to be sustainable, it takes time. Anything telling you less is just trying to gain your attention. We are not here to give you a "quick fix", we are here to build longevity in health. This program eases you in to build your confidence and we transition you back out so you can keep the results!
Who is this program for?

Honestly, everyone. Primarily for those who need to improve their physical and mental health. Food and lifestyle are the main drivers of our health. Both of which are achievable when given the proper tools, expectations, and education.

What makes this program different?

We didn't reinvent the wheel, we just polished it. This program focuses on basic practices with whole foods, hydration, and activity. The fat loss comes from the reverse diet schematic utilizing specific foods implemented in a custom format as developed by Coach AJ. Nothing complicated here. Simple works.
